The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all engineering activities and maintenance practices across the company's sites. The primary goal is to ensure maximum plant availability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Maintenance & Operations:
Implement and manage best-in-class preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and plant availability. Set and achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets, including power, steam, and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs.
Project Management:
Lead and manage engineering projects from feasibility to commissioning, including both "Brownfield" (existing) and "Greenfield" (new) sites. Provide technical support and guidance to the on-site engineering teams.
Leadership & Management:
Develop and implement departmental goals and strategies. Lead and mentor a competent maintenance team. Ensure strict safety compliance across all sites. Collaborate with the procurement team to establish annual maintenance contracts, negotiate terms, and develop alternative or local vendors.
