Job Summary

• Our Client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
• T  he ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: Secure at least 5 new clients per month.
• Client Retention: Ensure a >95% quarterly retention rate of existing clients.
• Client Satisfaction: Maintain an average client satisfaction score above 90%.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of 10+ qualified prospects at all times.
• Client Engagement: Conduct at least 20 meetings/calls per month with prospects and existing clients.
• Proposal Conversion: Achieve a conversion rate of 30%+ from proposals to signed contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.

Commission:

• 5% commission on every new client signed.
• Performance bonuses tied to retention, satisfaction, and conversion KPIs.
• Opportunity for long-term engagement based on performance.

Compensation
N150,000 plus Commission.
