Job Summary

• JNO Integrated Services is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization in Abuja for the position of Customer Service Officer.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that all inquiries, requests, and complaints are handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Collect customer feedback and provide reports to management for service improvement.
• Promote a positive image of the company through excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or front-desk operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
