We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Incharge (ASM/TSI) to drive primary sales in Enugu. The role involves managing distributor relationships, leading Sales Executives, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to grow market share.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets by SKU/variant within the territory. Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Executives to deliver on set quotas. Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships. Track competitor activities and recommend counter-strategies. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management. Develop and implement sales initiatives to improve brand awareness. Identify new business opportunities and optimize territory performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales with team-handling responsibility. Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with sales tracking tools (e.g., SFA software). Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
