Job Title: Executive Assistant & Content Creator 

Location: Wuse Zone 4, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• You’ll serve as the right-hand to management, supporting day-to-day operations while creating engaging social media content that reflects our brand’s beauty and lifestyle focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and schedules
• Handle correspondence, emails, and client inquiries
• Maintain organized records, files, and inventory tracking
• Assist in coordinating vendor and supplier relations
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-ups
• Support store management and ensure smooth workflow
• Create and edit engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok & other platforms
• Brainstorm creative campaigns, product showcases, and beauty tutorials
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Collaborate with the team for product launches, events, and brand promotions
• Monitor trends and analytics to boost engagement and brand growth

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• Female applicant preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and content creation
• Basic experience in admin, executive support, or office management
• Must be based in Abuja (or able to commute to Wuse Zone 4 daily)

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
