Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Ideal candidate will oversee the operations, safety, and maintenance of our passenger facilities in different part of the country.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure our work environment remains efficient, secure, and supportive of productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance & repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular facility audit.
  • Compile and maintain asset register.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly facility report.
  • Keep security & emergency systems always ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field.
  • 10+years proven experience in facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational & problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (facility management software is a plus).
