The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Support project management and follow up on action items from executive meetings. Oversee administrative processes and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role. At least 2 years’ experience directly supporting senior/executive personnel (CEO, MD, Director). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
