Oversee the daily operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (preventive and corrective). Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services (e.g., cleaning, security, power, repairs, etc.). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures. Manage budgets for facility operations and monitor expenditures. Coordinate space management, office setup, and refurbishment projects. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years experience in facility management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (an added advantage). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
