About the Role


The Sales Executive (new business hunter) focuses on generating new leads, pursuing prospects, and closing deals to expand Eunisell's customer base and revenues.
It involves prospecting through market research and networking, presenting product/service value, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
This role requires strong self-motivation, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and effective communication skills to find and win new business.


Responsibilities


Actively identify and pursue potential clients through frequent sales calls/visits, market research, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events etc.
Manage deals from initial contact through qualification, positioning, and closing.
Understand potential clientsgoals and challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, demonstrating how products or services provide value
Employ strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and successfully close new accounts.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Maintain a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment


Qualification & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
Must have 10 years minimum sales experience and consistently meeting and achieving sales targets
Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to see projects through from planning to completion
Entrepreneurial-minded and a strategic thinker that is able to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
