Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements. Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Negotiate and close deals with large or strategic accounts. Monitor and analyse sales metrics and trends, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities. Stay updated with new product launches and industry developments. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Implement customer retention strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Resolve any issues or conflicts within the sales team.
Requirements
Academic Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences, and any other related field.Masters is an added advantage. Minimum of 7(years) years working experience as a Sales Manageror in a related role. Proven track record in retail/e-commerce and marketing.
