Job Title: Mid Level Operations Lead

Description

  • A mid-level Operations Lead in a Nigerian advertising company oversees daily operations, manages internal workflows, and ensures efficient project delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing resources and budgets, developing and implementing process improvements, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and experience in project management within the advertising or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Project Management: Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflows, timely task completion, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage internal processes for advertising campaigns and projects.
  • Team Coordination & Management: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of internal teams, including creative, account management, and technical staff.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, workflows, and service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects and operations meet established quality standards and objectives.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage operational budgets, allocate resources effectively, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relations: Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure operational matters are handled effectively.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Technology or is often preferred.
  • Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or administration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the out-of-home advertising industry and its operational demands is crucial.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of broader business functions, such as finance and marketing.
