Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales in line with company objectives.
  • The role involves promoting company listings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and investors.
  • Promote available properties through marketing campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and payment options.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prepare sales agreements, and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to management for strategy improvement.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and property laws/regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
  • ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Strong social media presence or digital marketing experience..
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven with a proven record of achieving sales targets.

  • Male and Female Candidates needed.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
