Job Description

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling of Sproxil’s products and services.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in B2B or solution-based sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sproxil’s product offerings and market trends.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, FMCG, or service-oriented industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
