Provide immediate care and first aid to students and staff in case of illness or injury. Conduct routine health checks Manage and administer prescribed medications to students in line with the Medical Director's approval Maintain accurate and confidential student health records. Monitor and manage peculiar health conditions such as asthma, etc. Implement medical workshops and talks as approved by management. Identify and address potential health and safety hazards within the school environment. Liaise with the Medical Director and school Management on matters concerning student health.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license. Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field. At least 1–2 years of post-qualification nursing experience (experience in pediatric, community, or school health settings is an advantage). Strong clinical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and adolescents. Empathy, patience, and ability to work with children and adolescents. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
