About the Role
They are seeking an exceptional Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager to join their team and drive high-value client engagement.
The Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients, while providing expert financial advisory services and wealth management solutions.
The role requires a dynamic professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to drive asset growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value clients (HNWIs & corporates).
Identify client financial needs and deliver tailored wealth management solutions.
Mobilize deposits, manage investment portfolios, and promote asset growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and value delivery.
Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client wallet share.
Conduct regular financial reviews and provide advisory on investment, savings, and credit solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide client strategies.
Achieve set targets on deposits, revenue, and profitability.
Represent the institution in networking events, forums, and client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS is an advantage).
4+ years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking within financial services.
Proven record of achieving deposit mobilization and wealth management targets.
Strong network of HNWIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
Excellent advisory, negotiation, and business development skills.
Deep understanding of financial markets, wealth management products, and regulatory environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
