Knowledge & Skills


Proficiency in Technical Drawing tools (traditional and digital, e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, CorelDRAW).
Strong knowledge of ICT tools, applications, and teaching software.
Ability to teach computer hardware, software, networking, and digital literacy.
Understanding of curriculum requirements for secondary school (Basic 7–SS3).
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to integrate practical, project-based learning into lessons.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.


Experience


Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience in Technical Drawing and/or ICT.
Experience in preparing students for external examinations (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, BECE).
Hands-on experience in guiding students on practical projects.


Duties & Responsibilities


Teach Technical Drawing and ICT across assigned classes.
Prepare and deliver lesson notes, teaching aids, and practical sessions.
Conduct and assess classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
Prepare students for internal and external exams.
Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports.
Supervise student projects and extra-curricular activities related to ICT and Technical Drawing.
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and teaching methods.
Maintain discipline and inspire students towards academic excellence.
Collaborate with other teachers and school management for holistic development.
