Role Responsibilities


Translate digital behavior and social trends into compelling narratives that explain what’s happening, why it matters, and what brands should do next.
Use cultural, emotional, and behavioral lenses to coordinate digital data into segments, personas, or need states that bring audiences to life.
Develop visually engaging presentations that connect digital signals with strategic action — not just data dumps, but compelling stories.
Use social listening tools, platform trends (TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, X), and influencer activity to identify new behaviors or early-stage movements.
Lead the “voice” of the analysis — crafting copy and decks that are sharp, evocative, and client-ready with minimal fluff and maximum clarity.
Act as the interpreter between qualitative intuition and digital evidence — helping brands deeply understand their audiences through emotion and data.
Work closely with quant researchers, strategists, and creatives to merge cultural insight with brand objectives and client goals.


Role Requirements


At least a HND/B.SC or in Data Science, Statistics, any of the sciences, or management science.
demonstrated ability covering data analytics and qualitative research.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Validated ability to translate data into narratives, and tailor your presentation and recommendations to the audience function.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Excellent knowledge of MS packages usage.
A technology enthusiast experienced in the application of technology in qualitative research.
Good communication and social skills, gravitas, and authority.
Ability to lead multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Critical thinking ability to add customer value to research results.
Understanding of practical applications in the context of real-life marketing problems.
