Job Description:

Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, prepare account analysis, and compile monthly reports.
Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and provide support during tax audits, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
Invoice Verification: Verify the accuracy of invoices and payments, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and other financial reports as required.
Budget and Forecast Analysis: Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts to assist in financial planning.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.


Educational Qualification: OND Degree in Accounting
Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
