Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Officer at Krystal Digital Solutions. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for keeping accurate records of cash flows of the company.
The duties include; Providing support for the Accounts Department with various tasks such as invoicing, data entry, financial reports generation, returns filing, computing statutory remittances, etc.
Candidate should have high ability to manage self, personal time and resources, positively represents the department/company and taking responsibility for own work while providing support to others in accomplishing their work and intelligently implementing cost reduction alternatives for the company

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in account management or a similar role, preferably 2-4 years experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in accounting financial software preferably Quick Books, and MS Office
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Professional certification such as ACCA or ICAN is a plus
