Job Summary

Manage and maintain financial records and accounting systems for the school.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor school budgets and ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with school administrators and departments to gather financial data and support budgetary decisions.
Ensure compliance with school financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Experience in school is an added advantage.
