Responsibilities


Reconciling the company's bank account and resolving accounts to the general ledger
Managing and handling accounts payable and receivable, and processing refunds
Creating and processing invoices, and cross-checking them with payments and expenses
Tracking the organization's expenses, and maintaining records of business costs
Communicating with clients about billing and payments, and contacting them about past due invoices
Preparing financial statements and maintaining accurate financial records
Bank reconciliation
Proficiency in computer use
Attention to details
Ensure timely bank payments
Ability to work in a team.


Qualifications


Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
