Responsibilities:
Budgeting, budgetary control, and reporting
Analyzing bank statements and performing bank reconciliation statements
General ledger and journal postings into the company's accounting software
Raising receipts for collections/projects inflows
Assisting in raising Payment Vouchers
Supporting tax audits and tax returns
Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
Informing the Head of Department (HOD) about any unusual entries in the bank statement
Managing bank correspondences, drafting bank letters
Requirements:
Accounting: 2 years (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience
Certification is an added advantage
Experience in construction is also an added advantage
Expected to resume immediately
