JAMB Registration Assistance:
Assist candidates in the completion of JAMB registration forms.
Provide guidance on the required documents and information needed for registration.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the registration process.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the online registration portal.
Assist candidates in navigating the registration portal and resolving any challenges they may encounter.
Queue Management:
Manage queues and maintain an organized and efficient registration process.
Ensure that candidates are attended to in a timely and orderly manner.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to candidates and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout the registration process.
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of registered candidates and any issues encountered during the registration.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of candidate information.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other adhoc staff members to ensure smooth coordination of the registration process.
Communicate effectively with the supervisory team and provide regular updates on the progress of registration activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online registration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A good customer service experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Availability for the entire 6-week duration of the JAMB registration program.
Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
Training:
Selected candidates will undergo a brief training session to familiarize themselves with the JAMB registration process and related technical aspects.
