Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, including administrative assistants and support staff.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and manage executive schedules as needed.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative expenses.
Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management as required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
