Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, including administrative assistants and support staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and manage executive schedules as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
