Job Summary
The Admin and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations and managing department supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the retail mall.
This role involves driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily sales activities, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Oversee the daily sales operations across the retail mall, ensuring smooth customer transactions and efficient product displays.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting targets and driving the sales team to achieve company goals.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, foot traffic, and revenue generation.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure promotions and campaigns are effectively executed.
Ensure all departments are adequately stocked and manage stock rotations to minimize wastage and maximize sales.
Track and report on sales performance to management, recommending adjustments to improve performance where necessary.
Set clear performance expectations for supervisors and sales staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
Develop schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours to ensure optimal customer service and sales.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism within front end staff.
Supervise and train department supervisors, set performance targets, and ensure adequate staffing.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and training staff on excellent service practices.

Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide leadership in crisis situations, ensuring that issues such as customer complaints, system failures, or staff shortages are resolved quickly and effectively.
Support in the opening and closing of the Mall.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Retail Management, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in retail, shopping mall management, supermarkets, or fashion retail is preferred.
Preferred skills are communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in retail management software.
