We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, managers, and team members, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
Handle all pre-sales inquiries from multiple channels including email, Instagram and website chat
Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
Efficiently route sales inquiries to the sales team
Manage communication between different stakeholders i.e. customers, internal team, contractors
Ensure proper close out of each learning session e.g. report collation, sales cycle management
Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and orders
Perform other clerical duties such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is a plus
Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Time management skill
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Solid experience with digital media applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
