Job Brief
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
HND / B.Sc in any related field
1 - 2 years experience in similar role or administrative roles
Experience with office management software like (MS Excel ,MS Word and PowerPoint)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of self confidence and ability to create new ideas
Basic Knowledge of accounting
Must reside close to the job location.
