We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day administrative functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.
REMUNERATION: N80,000-N150,000
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
Provide support in various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Assist in financial activities, including invoice processing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve organizational effectiveness.
Handle inquiries and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in administrative roles, with exposure to HR and finance functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HR and finance software is a plus.
