Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary at our client's office in Port Harcourt.
The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, administrative assistance, communication and scheduling.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor's Degree
Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in typing and data entry, filing, and record keeping
Experience in providing administrative assistance and supporting management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
