Summary of Job Function 

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly training participants needs and office consumables by liaising with internal and external contacts
Set up and maintain filing systems
Handling incoming mails and correspondences
Performing of clerical tasks
Book and schedule flights for staff and clients
Procure/purchase materials(tangible & intangible) needed for smooth office operations
Preparing and managing correspondences, report and document
Supervising the cleaning staff to ensure the office facilities are always clean
Schedule cleaning routine for the cleaners 
Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
Responsible for office renovation

Qualification

BSC/HND Degree holder related to Job field
Minimum of 3-5years is required

Job Skills and Requirements

Good knowledge of Microsoft office
Applicant must be age 25-35
Good communication(written and Oral) skills
Responsible for performing administrative/facilities functions in the company.
