Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within key accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with Frutta's overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports.
Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the market.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Ensure optimal placement and visibility of Frutta products within key accounts.
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Manage the sales budget for the area and ensure cost-effective operations.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
