Job Responsibilities

Able to identify and reach out to potential clients interested in consulting services.
Assist in conducting research, gathering, and analyzing data, and developing recommendations for client projects.
Prepare reports, proposals, training presentations and other project deliverables
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within the defined timelines.
Computer savvy and versatile in Internet research, data gathering, analysis and presentation
Have a basic understanding of email marketing and running social media marketing campaigns.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with offered services.
Assist in delivering consulting services, such as talent acquisition, performance management, and corporate training
Collaborate with the colleagues to develop and implement customized performance solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

B. Sc. / B. A. / HND
2 years’ experience in management consulting environment
Ability to work in hybrid (Remote and Onsite) Environment
Resident within Ilupeju and Gbagada Axis.
