Primary Responsibilities
Create new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Present and propose recruitment solutions to HR managers, founders, and key decision-makers
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of active prospects
Negotiate and finalize deals with clients across various industries
Work in tandem with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and market feedback regularly
Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience in the recruitment industry is highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
At ease with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Thorough understanding of the Nigerian business environment and hiring landscape
Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools is beneficial.
