Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise bar staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory and order supplies.
Handle customer concerns and complaints.
Train and schedule staff shifts.
Monitor financial transactions and budgeting.
Develop and implement promotional activities.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, related field or relevant experience.
At least 1 year of proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
