Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Work collaboratively with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Follow restaurant policies and procedures

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an NCE / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualifications with 1 - 2 years work experience
Previous experience as a Barista (preferred)
Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
