Responsibilities
Initiate and manage all strategies that will lead to brand positioning, visibility and recognitionin all the beverage publics in the territory
Acquire key distributors and establish a retail channel for easy depletion of stocks.
Ensure that coy's brands are visible at all times in the territory
Develop new clients while maintaining the existing ones
Ensure that individual and team sales target is achieved continually.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc/BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
An MBA degree in Marketing or Business Administration and membership ofrelated association is an added advantage
Requirements:
Candidate must be a passionate about sales and marketing as well as result-oriented
Must possess a minimum of 8 years sales experience 5 years of which must be from beverages-wines, spirits, etc.
Extensive knowledge of key clients, prospects as well as the market dynamics of the territory applied for is compulsory
Candidate should be analytical, charismatic and must possess excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Must have functioned in a managerial and leadership capacity of a major wines/spirits company in the last seven years.
Must possess strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of all promotional strategies
Other Conditions:
They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
Grounded in supervisory and leadership skills is mandatory
Ideal candidates should presently reside in the desired territory.
Applicant must understand the whole rudiments of sales process and developing a sales and marketing strategy.
