Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand and Marketing Specialist to enhance our company's brand presence and drive marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The ideal candidate is innovative, analytical, and has a passion for building strong brand identities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and voice across all platforms.
Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to improve customer engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
Create content strategies that align with brand objectives and drive audience engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to grow brand presence.
Develop and oversee paid digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Track and report on website and social media analytics to improve performance.
Public Relations & Communications:
Develop press releases, articles, and marketing collateral to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and events to promote the brand.
Research & Reporting:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities or target audiences.
Gather and analyze data related to marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Prepare reports and presentations to evaluate campaign performance.
Customer Engagement & Market Insights:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Conduct surveys and focus groups to understand customer preferences and behaviors.
Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Administrative Support:
Assist with coordinating promotional events and product launches.
Support the marketing manager with administrative tasks, including maintaining databases and managing schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
