Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities


Track growth & performance across FMCG clusters.
Analyse micro-fulfilment centre throughput & staff productivity.
Use dashboards to interpret trends & shipment metrics.
Support operational assessments and identify bottlenecks.
Monitor implementation of centre-specific execution plans.
Collaborate with Cluster Managers on strategic reporting.
Track customer transitions and provide insights.
Deliver regular performance updates to inform decisions.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 – 4 years’ experience in performance monitoring or logistics.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-savvy.
