Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Business Analyst who can effectively research and recommend ways that the business can operate better, with continuously improved performance and productivity levels. He/she will gather and analyse information to develop and investigate potential solutions – including improvements to systems and processes through efficient researches, business process analysis and modelling.
Responsibilities

Responsible for researching, reporting, formulating and implementing innovative analytic solutions and accelerators.
Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical and textual techniques.
Business process analysis and modelling, research, review, and analyse existing processes and develop strategies for enhancements.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up to date on the on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience as a business or data analyst or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
Strong analytical s`kills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse significant amounts of raw data and draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
Technical writing skills
Ability to troubleshoot data and high attention to details.
Excellent command of English and communication skills.
