Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Consultant with a strong accounting background to support our client engagements and internal financial projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting business decisions, and contributing to delivering high-impact solutions.
This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
The Consultant must be eager to learn, able to adapt quickly, and passionate about delivering value to clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set goals.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite– particularly Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Solid understanding of financial statements,bookkeeping principles, andbudgeting processes.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented structure.
Must be ready to resume immediately.
Added Skills & Advantage:
Experience working with clients in a consulting environment.
Basic knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems, or financial modelling.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or internal controls.
Certification in Microsoft Excel or other professional courses (e.g., ICAN, ACCA – even in progress).
Proficiency in creating presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
