Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the company’s growth strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.


Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company’s products/services and address client needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends and client requirements to support continuous improvement
Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
