Key Responsibilities
Identify and Generate Leads: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients orpartners
Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Promote Products / Services: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business opportunities.
Analyze Market Data: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve company goals.
Manage the Sales Process: Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and provide sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address client needs and concerns, and provide excellent customer service to build loyalty.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
Experience in Business Developing Executives within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
