Job Description
The Business Development Executives will identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities for the Firm to support individuals and corporate entities in achieving their real estate objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and implement effective marketing strategies
Identify new opportunities by analyzing the property needs of clients and prospects
Locate and identify lettable vacant properties
Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements
Secure property development, valuation, management, and facility management briefs
Carry out inspection visits
Prepare proposals and make presentations
Prepare and submit activity reports
Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.
Educational, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Development or other relevant field
Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estate industry in Nigeria
1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in the real estate services.
