Responsibilities
Evaluates market strategies, finances, and deal prerequisites to screen potential business opportunities, advising on equity investments.
Supports management in optimizing short-, medium-, and long-term profitability and stakeholder returns.
Leads the Business Development team to source, manage, and implement new opportunities while expanding the brand's presence.
Closes deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
Explores ways to enhance job accomplishments by identifying value-adding opportunities.
Qualification and Requirements
Minimum of first degree in relevant discipline and 5 years relevant work experience
Strong business acumen and presentation skills
A good understanding of marketing principles
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional leadership and management skills
Understanding multiple Nigeria languages will be an added advantage.
