Job Description


JC International is in search of a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager with strong leadership abilities to drive business initiatives, cultivate lasting client relationships, and expand revenue growth.


As the Business Development Manager (BDM), your responsibilities will include:


Guiding and mentoring the business development team. Identifying and securing high-value business opportunities. Formulating and executing strategic growth plans. Establishing and maintaining robust client and industry relationships. Conducting market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and client needs. Developing marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue. Meeting with potential clients and fostering long-lasting relationships by understanding their requirements. Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends related to partner relationships. Establishing new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits, telephone inquiries, email, and electronic communication. Selling and generating revenue for JC International's service offerings. Ensuring business expansion and increasing market share index through networking and effective marketing. Collaborating with the digital marketing team to showcase services effectively. Preparing presentations and pitches for prospective clients and regulators. Ensuring prompt response to client requests and accurate billing/invoicing. Ensuring timely renewal of ongoing contracts and vendor registration with key clients. Facilitating prompt and seamless mobilization to sites for job call-outs. Preparing, packaging, and submitting tenders in a timely manner for the company's business processes and regulatory compliance. Participating in setting sales budgets for the division and supporting the company's realization of its corporate mission.


Qualifications


Minimum of 10 years of work experience in sales and business development. BEng. or BSc in any field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
