Job Summary
The Business Development Manager with media experience will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's presence in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media industry.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales and Negotiation:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
5 - 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the media industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the media industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
