Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help Limehousebars expand its clientele and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals.
Responsibilities
Bar Consulting:
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients.
Event Sales:
Identify potential clients (high net-worth individuals, companies, and event planners) to secure new business for Limehousebars cocktails
Prospect and cold-call potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and venue managers to become the preferred cocktail vendor for various events.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze business performance and prepare reports for management.
Delivery Sales:
Promote Limehousebars' cocktail delivery service to individuals, households, and businesses.
Drive sales of cocktail delivery packages.
Requirements & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
Knowledge of the events industry and/or experience in catering or beverage services is a plus.
