Our growing company is seeking to hire a business development and sales manager who will be responsible for the financial growth of the company.
You will be at the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development and sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to influence existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Working with staff members, clients, or agencies to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
Set and achieve collective and individual financial targets.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Developing strategies to increase buyer interest in products and services.
Tracking financial goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the business development and sales team.
Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in planning and implementing business development and sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
