Job Summary


The Business Operations Manager for the volleyball club is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the club's daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
This role involves managing various departments, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that all operations align with the club's goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the club.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the club.
Financial Oversight: Monitor financial data, manage budgets, and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
Team Leadership: Oversee and support administrative staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage club events, tournaments, and training sessions.
Member Relations: Manage member support processes to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and promote club activities.
Resource Management: Oversee procurement processes and coordinate the allocation of materials and resources.
Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with club policies and legal regulations.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments and with senior management.


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a sports or recreational setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


Skills:


Preferably a talent who played Volleyball in the past.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in using business management software.
Knowledge of volleyball and sports management is a plus.
