Role Description
The Business Performance Manager works with the Chief Executive and Leadership team to define and drive strategic, operational and organizational imperatives. Works across departments to align teams, create synergy, set goals, execute initiatives, and improve processes, helping the organization run efficiently and effectively.
The role holder is responsible for market analysis, sales analysis, analyzing product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
Qualifications
A University degree (minimum of second class lower) in Finance, Economics or other relevant fields
MBA / MSc / CFA qualification will be a distinct advantage
At least 5 years experience in similar role
Oil and Gas experience is of additional advantage
Finance and Budgeting proficiency
Strong Business Relationship Management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
